  1. Whose products do we offer?

    We offer products from a selection of insurers.

  2. Which service will we provide you with?

    You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us for insurance. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

  3. What will you have to pay us for our services?

    A fee for arranging your insurance, together with a fee for any mid-term changes to your policy. Initial fees will be outlined in your quotation.

  4. What if I change my mind and want to cancel my policy?

    There is no cooling off period for short term policies. No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.

  5. Who regulates us?

    UPI is a trading style of Pulse Insurance Limited, 6 Oxford Court, St James Road, Brackley, Northamptonshire NN13 7XY, company registered number 03492137. Pulse Insurance Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, reference number 308626. Our permitted business is arranging non-investment insurance contracts.   6. Ownership

    UPI is owned by Pulse Insurance Limited.

  7. What to do if you have a complaint

    If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us: in writing - write to UPI, Jonathan Scott Hall, Thorpe Road, NR1 1UH. By phone – telephone 01603 626904.   8. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

    Yes – we are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.
